kohlrabi greens vs. turnip greens

Turnip greens won, hands down. More interesting taste, nicer texture.

Kohlrabi greens au naturel don’t taste very good. My guess is that they would taste much better in a curry or stir-fry.

The kohlrabi greens tasted better once they were tossed with a makeshift spicy peanut sauce (hot sauce, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce and peanut butter)
