6. make bread more often
7. make butter chicken from scratch
8. take a cooking class
9. use more of the vegetables I grow
10. eat less convenience foods
11. make tamales from scratch
12. make maultaschen
13. make cassoulet
14. use more of the cookbooks I already own
15. get better at roasting duck
16. make gnocchi from scratch
