1 tsp cumin
1 tsp dried oregano
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper, or more to taste
3 cloves of garlic, minced
dash of salt
freshly ground black pepper, to taste
juice of 1/2 orange
juice of 1 lime
1 tsp olive oil
1 cup cilantro, chopped
2-4 pork chops (could use another cut of pork, and cook accordingly)
Mix first 10 ingredients together in a small bowl. Place pork chops in an ovenproof dish. Pour mixture over pork chops. If there’s ample time, let marinate in the fridge for a few hours, turning a few times.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Bake pork chops in oven 45-60 minutes, or until done, basting with pan juices occasionally.
Serve with rice.
