super simple basil ricotta pasta

Not sure why I hadn’t done this before. Mixed ricotta with fresh basil (I used 1/2 cup ricotta, and about 6 basil leaves, cut into chiffonade), and added freshly ground pepper to taste. Tossed with freshly cooked pasta which has just been drained- could also drizzle with a little quality evoo. Could also add a litttle grated lemon rind, too.
