apricot mustard glaze

Quick and simple. Not a new recipe, but new to me.

1/3 cup apricot jam

2 tbsp dijon or whole grain mustard

2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar

Mix well in small bowl.

Place pork 3-4 pork chops in an ovenproof dish, and brush glaze over chops.  Bake at 300 degrees with the convection on, for an hour.

Could also use glaze on chicken, turkey or duck, and cook accordingly.
