Using Wolfert’s Harira as a guide, I made my first harira- omitting the flour, starter, sugar, salt, tomato paste and dried chickpeas, cutting down on the onion and water, and simmering in a stockpot rather than a claypot. Added 3 sliced carrots. Very tasty. Will make this again.
Will be making porkolt, but substituting pork for beef.
