ravi’s curried lentil apricot soup

I made a half recipe, omitting the salt & pepper, using Penzey’s Maharajah curry powder, and a tomato on the vine rather than a plum tomato. Stirred in 1/4 cup chopped cilantro before serving. A keeper.
