  1. great adaptable recipe (I had to make some winter veg substitutions*) and added a bit of heat with harissa paste near the end. Kept very well for several meals over 4 days. In place of celery root, I used turnips and extra celery. Left out caraway seed tho when I have some on hand next time I will try them. I was able to make this without much plannig tho next time I will plan ahead, because I like celery root and try to soak and cook a batch of chickpeas more often.
